Dawn is a sales agent with Meservier & Associates.  Dawn attended the University of Maine in Farmington where she received a bachelors in early childhood education. Then later found herself going back to school for a master's degree at Nova University. After 24 years in the field of education Dawn found herself investing in real estate.

Through her years of "flipping" homes, Dawn pursued her real estate license and found her passion. Dawn loves meeting new people and helping buyers navigate through the real estate transaction, whether it be those first time home buyers or long time investors.

Dawn currently lives in Litchfield with her husband of twenty-seven years and their two dogs Louie & Eddie. She has two adult children who live out west. In her spare time, Dawn enjoys spending time with family, traveling, reading, and participating in water sports.
