It had been a few years since we had listed a home and found the experience with the Meservier group and Matt Freedman to be a good one. We especially liked the communication through the showing time app on our phones and found it to be both informative and helpful. We received quick feedback from potential buyers after most showings so we had some idea what people liked or did not like about our listing. Matt was quick to call for any needed answers to questions from potential buyers or other agents. Overall the process went as smoothly as possible.

My experience with the bean group was very good after hearing horror story’s from people about there first time buying a house I expected the worst but the rod with the bean group made every step easy thank you rod and the bean group.

Tony made an impossible situation possible. Tony’s knowledge is the only reason why we were able to sell our house. The day we were supposed to close there were issues with the buyers financing forcing us to have to extend our contract 3 times. Tony immediately called a lender he knew and said if anyone could make it happen it would be Corey (the lender). The original closing date was July 15th and as time went by I was getting more and more stressed. Tony always kept us updated and always answered my calls or called me back the same day to answer my almost daily questions as best he could and he never made me feel like I was bothering him. Tony also helped with many other issues throughout the process including finding someone to take care of the mold in the attic, hiring someone to put a railing up, and hiring someone to install fire/CO2 alarms per FHA requirements. The closing date finally came (August 13th) and we are so incredibly grateful for everything Tony did to get us there. We would recommend Tony in a heartbeat for anyone looking to sell or buy a home.
