My experience with the bean group was very good after hearing horror story’s from people about there first time buying a house I expected the worst but the rod with the bean group made every step easy thank you rod and the bean group.

Tony made an impossible situation possible. Tony’s knowledge is the only reason why we were able to sell our house. The day we were supposed to close there were issues with the buyers financing forcing us to have to extend our contract 3 times. Tony immediately called a lender he knew and said if anyone could make it happen it would be Corey (the lender). The original closing date was July 15th and as time went by I was getting more and more stressed. Tony always kept us updated and always answered my calls or called me back the same day to answer my almost daily questions as best he could and he never made me feel like I was bothering him. Tony also helped with many other issues throughout the process including finding someone to take care of the mold in the attic, hiring someone to put a railing up, and hiring someone to install fire/CO2 alarms per FHA requirements. The closing date finally came (August 13th) and we are so incredibly grateful for everything Tony did to get us there. We would recommend Tony in a heartbeat for anyone looking to sell or buy a home. We did not have direct contact with Sue, but our experience with Matt Freedman was phenomenal. As first time homebuyers looking to utilize available State-sponsored programs, we had a tough time competing in the currently hot Portland-area home market. Matt was very thorough and prompt with our home showings, impressing Sellers agents as well as ourselves with his in-depth research and support. After quite a few (9? by our mental estimate) showings, we finally landed on a 1935 home in Portland that we can't want to modernize and utilize to plant roots for our future family. So, I gave Tony a run for his money on this one. The search began looking for lakefront properties, and shifted to include multi-families, and single family homes. Between the three options Tony allowed me to take my time in each to really develop an understanding of the property. At times I even brought in professionals to help me assess the property. This was huge, there was never a rush and he supported me in feeling comfortable with and knowledgeable about every property we looked at. In the end I decided on a home that had a little bit of all three property types. Tony helped negotiated the extras I wanted and the process was without issue.
