We worked with Amy Bergen to secure and buy a house. Always eager and extremely responsive to our needs once we had settled on a property Amy was prompt in responding to our emails (our preferred method) and quickly returned calls when we left voice-mail. We've had the pleasure of working with Tony and the team now for almost three years as my wife and I stepped through the various stages of buying our first home and couldn't be happier with our experience. When we first started considering buying our first home and debating whether it was the right time to buy, Tony was more than helpful to answer the barrage of questions we had and was incredibly patient as we decided to wait another year for our ideal financial situation. When we eventually decided it was the right time to buy, Tony was incredibly knowledgable about the area and market, listened to what we were looking for and constantly finding the right houses, in the right neighborhood and most importantly in the right price range for us to look at. When we eventually opted to build versus buy, Tony again stepped up to the plate and was there for us every step of the way, going well beyond the call of duty for a real estate agent. When the build schedule hit snags or the contractor wanted to charge us extra for something, Tony was extraordinarily proactive and aggressive to make sure we were treated fairly and received a good product at a fair price. Tony and the team do not hesitate to go out of the way to make sure that wherever you are in the buy/build process you feel incredibly comfortable and treated fairly. He is always willing to answer and listen to any question or issue you may be having and is always concerned for the well being and comfort of his clients. Extraordinary agent and organization that I would (and do) recommend to everyone.

We had an incredibly wide search in the state of Maine. Our agent, Matthew Freedman, was so patient with us. Using his skills, he was able to narrow our search quickly until we found the perfect home. The process from Purchase and Sales to closing went perfectly and very quickly. Being our first house we met a few agents but was not impressed until we met Matt Freedman. He became our Buyers Agent and over a 3 month period we viewed a variety of houses. We were recently handling the estate of a loved one who had a reverse mortgage (terrible things should be against the law). She worked hard with the lender and in the end we decided it was better to just give the house back to them since there was zero equity. I hated to say goodbye because she was such an awesome agent. She really helped us understand the whole thing and we loved the fact that she is not a greedy person like so many in the business.
