Based in Yarmouth and serving Androscoggin, Cumberland, Oxford, and Kennebec counties, I specialize in both residential and waterfront properties. I am especially skilled at guiding first-time homebuyers through the exciting—and often overwhelming—process of purchasing their first home. I am equally experienced in the complexities of transacting waterfront properties and am well-versed in Maine’s Shoreland Zoning Regulations and Planning Board requirements, making me a valuable resource for clients purchasing year-round or seasonal properties near Maine’s many beautiful lakes and coastlines.

Prior to my real estate career, I enjoyed a successful 23-year tenure in Operations Management at L.L. Bean, a Fortune 500 company. My background in leadership, project management, and product development helped me develop the strong interpersonal, organizational, and marketing skills I bring to my work today. I studied Industrial Technology and completed my real estate education at the Arthur Gary School of Real Estate.
I also bring firsthand real estate experience as an investor—having bought and sold several of my own properties, each time maximizing returns. My confident, creative approach and ability to streamline the buying and selling process make every transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible.
I live in Yarmouth, Maine, with my husband Mike. I am a proud mother of three and grandmother of six. When I’m not working with clients, I cherish time spent with my family and creating lasting memories with the people I love most.
