Kelley Ham serves as the Office Manager at Meservier & Associates, supporting and managing the agents, staff and office locations. She grew up in Oakland, Maine, graduated from Messalonske High School in 2000 and went on to get an associates degree in liberal arts at Kennebec Valley Community College. Later, she went on to study Nursing at Central Maine Community College.
Prior to working in the Real Estate industry, Kelley worked in the healthcare field for 20 years. She primarily worked in the emergency and recovery rooms but also served in homecare for the elderly. Through these years she learned to listen, love and have compassion for others. Her love for people is what brought her into the healthcare world which is also one of the reasons she made a career switch to Real Estate... to help and serve others.
After 20 years in the healthcare field, Kelley took a leap of faith and joined the real estate industry. In 2019 she was hired as the business support specialist for a local real estate company where her passion for helping others thrived. After four faithful years in service she desired further growth in the industry where Meservier & Associates identified her skills and strengths and hired her to be the company's new Office Manager.
Kelley's empathy for others, attention to detail and organizational skills makes her a key player at Meservier & Associates. Her role is vital to helping the company be one of Maine’s premier real estate companies. The company's dynamic professionals are known throughout the area for their high standards of service, proven expertise and personal care for clients’ needs.
Kelley currently lives in Turner with her wonderful and supportive husband of 12 years, beautiful daughter, and their two dogs. Above all else Kelley loves being a mom, she loves to support her daughter in her interests and watch her grow. Kelley loves to cook and socialize with her close friends that she calls family.
