Louise Greer

Louise grew up in Lewiston and graduated from Lewiston High School 1989. She received a Bachelor's Degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences at University of Maine in 2014.

Louise worked as a Paralegal for over thirty years in all areas of law including real estate transactions. In 2019 she formed an LLC to begin contract paralegal services. With this experience she has learned how to be empathetic during difficult situations and help clients navigate obstacles that arise during trying times. Her experience as a paralegal, understanding forms and legal jargon, makes her a great candidate for real estate sales. She is meticulous with detail and is efficient when completing tasks.

For the past three years she has found it most rewarding to help her clients find their perfect fit when searching for a home.

Louise loves to serve her community and help others where she can. Being part of projects with Habitat for Humanity and Rebuilding Together have been great experiences. Her goal is to assist people in securing their dream home and help clients sell their house when ready for a change.

Louise currently resides with her husband, Steve in Lewiston. Between her and her husband they have four adult children and two grandsons. They have two cats, Mookie (yes because of Mookie Betts) and Zoey. She also loves dogs, with which she has had 6 doggie coworkers over the past ten years. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening and baking.
