Hi, I’m Megan Boyd—a lifelong Mainer, licensed Realtor®, and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) with a passion for helping people find the right fit, whether buying their first home or making their next move.

I graduated from Hebron Academy and went on to major in Criminology from the University of Maine. While I initially pursued a career in public service, I found my true calling in real estate—still centered around helping others, but in a different and deeply rewarding way.

Before entering real estate, I worked in healthcare and emergency services as an EMT. That experience taught me how to communicate clearly, remain calm under pressure, and always put people first—skills that directly benefit my clients today.

I focus on meeting people where they are, listening closely, and guiding them through every step with honesty and care. I love working with first-time buyers, military families, and anyone looking for a grounded, down-to-earth agent.

I live in Greene, Me. with my twin boys, Levi and Liam, and our dog Otis. When I’m not working, you’ll find me cheering at football games or karate tournaments, supporting local fundraisers, or enjoying a drive through Maine’s backroads with a good coffee.
