Renee Poulin

Renee grew up in a small and close-knit neighborhood in Lewiston, ME. Growing up, Real Estate was always a part of her life and even today many of her family and friends are Real Estate Agents!

Renee grew up in a small and close-knit neighborhood in Lewiston, ME. Growing up, Real Estate was always a part of her life and even today many of her family and friends are Real Estate Agents!

In 2010 she graduated from the University of Maine, Orono with a Bachelor's degree in communication. After college, Renee worked as a lending assistant and then appraisal apprentice for an agricultural credit and financial institution. She didn't enjoy being part of the appraisal process. On the other side of that she has found a desire to help people with the journey of buying and selling homes!

With her experience in the appraisal process she has the ability to help sellers determine an accurate listing price by providing a broker price opinion of their home.

Renee now resides in Turner, ME with her husband, 2 kids, and their dog and their bunny! She enjoys gardening, training her dog and almost any outdoor recreational activity with her family.
