When our initial financing fell through and we thought the deal was dead, she worked tirelessly to help us find alternate financing and keep everything moving forward.

Amy also proved to be a strong and strategic negotiator. When the second appraisal came back much lower than expected and we feared we’d have to walk away, she successfully negotiated a lower purchase price, saving the deal and making our dream possible.

On top of all that, Amy coordinated with colleagues to meet us at multiple properties on short notice when she wasn’t personally available—understanding just how competitive the market was and how quickly these properties were moving.
