My wife and I were moving from Massachusetts to Maine which meant we were limited to looking at houses on weekends and looking at as many as possible in a day. When we purchased our home Rod bid out the home renovation work locally since we were not in the area to do so.

I relocated to Maine from Ohio and Rod went above and beyond for me doing things in my absence that the buyer would typically be there to do. He made sure that everything was in working order and that everything from my inspection reports were fixed or replaced. He truly treats you like a member of his family and even did a final walk through himself once the seller had completed all of the repairs.

Rod used several different methods of advertising to reach all audiences of potential buyers. He is very responsive and professional. We are currently working together to find a place for me to buy. He's being patient and helpful while I look for exactly what I want.
