He made sure that everything was in working order and that everything from my inspection reports were fixed or replaced. He truly treats you like a member of his family and even did a final walk through himself once the seller had completed all of the repairs.

Rod used several different methods of advertising to reach all audiences of potential buyers. He is very responsive and professional. We are currently working together to find a place for me to buy. He's being patient and helpful while I look for exactly what I want.

Very accommodating, it never mattered how long it took or how late it was to get us information we needed. Rod always found a way to work around our schedules. He made us feel extremely comfortable, he was quick with getting/giving us any information we needed and he was always in our best interest  and made us comfortable when we found our forever home and th buying process began.
